Bill Livolsi is the Deputy Director of Progressive Prison Ministries, Inc. Bill helps lead the White Collar Support Group™; a community where men and women take responsibility for their actions, strive to make amends, and move forward into a new spiritual way of life in the service of others. As a certified life coach, Bill works one-on-one with men and women impacted by the criminal justice system. Bill was previously a volunteer with Evolution Reentry Services where he facilitated their weekly support group for families affected by the criminal justice system. Bill is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, he has held numerous management positions in accounting and finance, including CFO/Partner and SVP Finance & Administration, at two New York advertising agencies. WIlliam Sansing. With almost three decades of post-justice advocacy for people who’ve been directly impacted by the legal system and those with disabilities or substance use disorders, Dr. William Sansing has an intense passion for equitable and accessible opportunities for everyone.
Dr. William Sansing, LPC-S, recently retired from higher education and now owns and operates Resilient Life Counseling Services, LLC, where he works as an addiction, emotional health, and relationship therapist and supervisor. He is actively involved with multiple criminal justice advocacy efforts, including Just Leadership USA, Mississippi Prison Reform Coalition, and Higher Education in Prison. In addition, he is a CHSS-CES Specialty Faculty member at Grand Canyon University.
Dr. Sansing recently published a memoir titled Beyond Prison: Finding Second Chances Through Grace, Resilience, and Community to share his lived experience in prison life and its associated setbacks. His post-incarceration time as an educator, researcher, and therapist give him a unique perspective from which to effectively address prison reform, trauma, and the need for judgment- and shame-free communities.
In his leisure, Dr. Sansing loves spending time with his grandchildren and family, reading, cycling, playing pickleball, woodworking, traveling, and watching most college sports. His idea of decorating is building more bookcases. William Sansing can be reached at 662–747–4933.
